I worked at Rogers Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Teams can be great and support one another. Flexibility to move to different roles within the company. Great onboarding process.

    Cons

Executive Management is horrible. Constant layoffs and restructuring. Always a looming fear of being fired. Middle managers are given unrealistic deliverables. Trickles down to their direct reports. Sharespace layout is awful as every desk is a hot-desk. Hit and miss whether you are going to get to sit with the rest of your team on a daily basis.
