The interview process was quite acceptable, that includes two HR and one Technical round. First HR was just basic introduction, second was a bit complex and final one includes a lot of tech questions.

Applied online. HR phone interview, talked general requirements and salary expectation (30min). Technical phone interview, talked technical skills and several troubleshooting cases (30min). Hiring Manager 1:1 interview, talked a few technical/behavior skills and salary range (30min). Duration: 3-months from online application to start date (job offer was 3-weeks before start date)

Apply online. Then (via email response) go back online to fill out assessment/skills tests. As long as you pass these required assessments, you would get a phone call asking if you will be available for a 30 minute phone interview (i chose the following morning). Then If the person on the phone likes you, they will ask you to come in for an interview. This is with 2 department mangers.
