I applied via LinkedIn, with the easy apply feature. A few days afterwards, I received an e-mail as a reply to my LinkedIn application requesting a date for replying to two e-mails from fictional customers as a basis for narrowing down the pool of job applications. The agreed date was not respected however despite agreeing about it, the e-mails were sent about 15 minutes late after a reminder. I had 15 minutes for each e-mail to reply to, which is not enough combining both reading the case and replying to them. This means that your answers, despite being good enough, will be limited and thus - as a result - criticism due to the idea of "you could have said" will remain open due to this limitation. I believe this method could be improved, and once again, this is just my personal experience. The recruiter is polite though, my criticism goes to the methodology used and not the person.
