Interview
The interview process took exactly two (2) months.
At first, I had a call with each of the two co-founders separately.
Following that, I was given an assignment to complete.
Then, I was supposed to receive an offer.
Instead, I was given a proposal to; hold up for another 2 months, quit my job and start working for them remotely for a short period, so that they could assess my fit to their company further, and start working in different technologies (web-frontend) as they did not have any more Unity projects by that time.
The intervals for communication were from 1 day to 2 weeks. They seemed pretty busy and did not take the process seriously.

Question 1
Although the interviews in general went pretty smoothly and the founders seemed like really easygoing and sympathetic, they asked for a pretty time-consuming (16 hours according to their estimation, 5 working days in reality) exercise to assess one's skills, without of course paying for my time.
