3 stage interview, a zoom based set of individual and group-based tasks, a tour of the prospective centre and a chance to take part in a high activity such as the Trapeze.

- Icebreaker (Introduce yourself & free group discussion)
- Main Task (15 minute children's TV episode w/ 50 minutes planning)
- Problem Solving (Height and Age sorting, recreating unseen drawings from instructions from team member)
- Discussion (Whole group, discussion prompts given. See questions below)
