I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Robinhood
Interview
Spoke to hiring manager followed by another manager, not sure what they are looking for. Questions were straightforward, but felt the company is filled with not so mature people. The recruiters are not very helpful either, have to initiate everything from candidates side

Interview
Overall interview process was smooth. Although HR was late to the calls a few times or messed up the time zone difference Lol.
Did not proceed to offer. HR told me the position is no longer available (internal hire) and asked if I am interested in another role, rejected because I am only interested in the original role.
