I applied online. I interviewed at Robinhood (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2026
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The second and third rounds were technical interviews and in-depth interviews focusing on the resume, respectively. The first round was a phone interview, asking about personal information, etc.
The recruiter said I passed all the interviews, takes me to HM round, says I did great and then tells me can't push out an offer quickly so would keep me under consideration for 6-8 months, like wtf?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Robinhood (New York, NY) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was quite transparent but I would have liked to be able to explain my thought process and present my case assignment. I did an HR screen which didn't really mean much and then had a behavioral round with the hiring manager. She laid out the role and expectations clearly and we had a great conversation. I moved on to the take home assignment but did not get any feedback beyond that.
