The interview process was structured, clear, and moved at a good pace. I reached the final stage, and at each step, there was ample time to ask questions, ensuring clarity on expectations and next steps.

Interview
The first impression was very good, HR contacted me with a PDF of the company values and the process itself, and then we had a quick conversation where we discussed all the details.
The process is as follows: HR call, conversation with hiring manager, meeting with the team for 2h+.
The second round involved the engineering manager and solutions architect. It was a purely technical conversation about my experience, AWS, DevOps, problem solving as a solutions architect (apparently to test my SA background).
I didn't really enjoy this session as the interviewers didn't seem to be very interested in the process. On questions where there was not a single correct option, we didn't have a chance to discuss the solution. It was a one sided interview.
I ended up getting rejected without any feedback and the role was closed. I had to go directly to EM for feedback. I ended up getting a detailed feedback, so thanks Igor.
The product development pipeline is already planned, the sprint is in full swing. Suddenly, a new very important potential customer appears and asks to implement a new feature that is beyond our plans. Please describe what you would do in this situation as a solution architect?

Interview
Amazing experience! Everyone I met at each stage of the interview was awesome and friendly. I've been through other interview processes in the past, and I must say this was one of the best. Also, as a person who truly values a great culture, I can tell the culture at Robin will be amazing! Everything was very informational, and the communication was great!!
