Technical & HR round. It was not hard, they were cooperative. The technical round consists really general questions about programming, and different data structures. The HR focused on the soft skills, and there were situational tasks which I was solved.
Everything was well organized. They gave me a short introduction from the project and the team. They asked about my background and experience. And I needed to answer, how would I react and decide at different situations.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
Due to the uniqueness of the position I apply, I went through 3 interview. 1st round with the a plant manager, 2nd round with the hiring manager from Portugal, 3rd round with the dept head.
