3 stages:
1) I was emailed to request the best time for a phone interview. HR rep was nice and asked me standard questions such as my knowledge of the company, why i wanted to work there, previous work experience, salary expectations
2) face- to- face interview with the same HR rep and HSE Manager. I was asked the EXACT same questions and it seemed to go really well. I was told i would hear back within 2 weeks because there was a second part to the interview process.
3) after two weeks i was emailed to set up another meeting with the HSE Manager and the warehouse manager. some questions were repeated and the logistics manager (was not too enthusiastic/ welcoming) asked some questions as well.
Overall pretty lengthy and unnecessary process for an Intern position.
