Enormous procedure are there as this being a big company. But not cumbersome. They treat with ethics. But they negotiate on salary and bring it down. But in compensation they provide food three times a day. Transportation is also free
Short phone discussion. Next stel is English written test in the same room with the other candidates, which I found really professional. Afterwards another phone discussion takes place, where you talk about the salary expectations. Afterwards no news from them.
