Rival Digital interview questions

After applying online, I got set up for an interview after 2 weeks. I met the founder, another person in the role and someone from operations. They were nice but nothing was really asked about my experience. They talked more about their projects and expectations so didn’t feel like an interview and felt very unorganized. What did it for me was I asked about diversity and how important that is and the founder said that if that’s something that I want talk about, I can, but diversity isn’t a focus and nothing has been created for it. I stopped answering their emails after that interview.
