HR interview had way too much KoolAid in it, so I wasn't sure how realistic is this company. Multiple times was reminded that this is not a 9-5 job, and will require overtime. Algorithm questions were standard, but the system-design expectations definitely high

Question 1
Algorithms involving maps, counts, sorting. Onsite system design of "restaurants around you"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ritual (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2019
Interview
It was a 4-part onsite interview with 2 problem solving, 1 system design and 1 behavioral sections. The main problem of the interview was that I had to go there 2 days and they changed the time and interviewers several times which was annoying.

Question 1
Design an API Rate Limiter system.
Calculate the required memory for a server based on reading memory usage logs and also maintain the start time and end time of memory peaks.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ritual (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2018
Interview
The overall process was quick. It included one phone screen of 45minutes and 3 technical rounds and 1 cultural fit round.
The phone screen was technical through a code share link and I got feedback the very next day.
Then the recruiter scheduled the first 2 technical rounds and it was through video sharing as I was in US. Both were for 45 minutes and it were data structures related. Both were moderate difficult questions and I got the feedback the next day again. The recruiter scheduled the final 2 rounds one technical and one cultural for the next week. Again it was through video sharing and technical round was moderate difficult. The cultural fit was easy as I just had to tell how I interacted and worked at my previous organization. Again I got the response in 2 days that they are working on getting an offer out. I got the call from my hiring manager in couple of days and it was all good.
