The interview was straightforward with not many technical questions. The role was reporting into a Senior Manager, which was not something I was happy with considering in my current role, I report directly into Sr. VP and have larger responsibilities to manager multiple regions. The Sr. Manager who was the hiring manager came across as someone not very experienced, definitely a good manager but not a Leader that someone in a leadership team could learn from.
