First, the HR manager interviewed me for 15 minutes. Just general questions to confirm my personal information, how did I find their job opportunity and main description about the company and the role I applied for.
Then, the CTO interviewed me for straight 2 and a half hours. First, he reviewed every detail in my resume, then discussing about previous projects and past work experience and what were my objectives and achievements.
Last, he asked some web-related questions with three simple quizzes about what this piece of code would output and how to solve a small problem in some programming language.
I enjoyed the interview. The interview was so informative as CTO is so experienced, easy-going and up-to-date with latest web technologies, so even if I didn't get the job, it was one of the best interviews I had in my whole work experience.
