Interview
The interview involved two remote interviews with the hiring manager and potential future colleagues, which was followed up by an in-person case study with the hiring manager and a senior stakeholder. It was really beneficial to meet the wider team, and to understand the specifics of the role. I also appreciate the opportunity to see the working location.
The people who interviewed me at all stages were friendly, and asked intelligent, relevant questions. This made me feel like I would be supported in the role, and that we would all be working towards the same aims.
The hiring process was co-ordinated by a member of the internal recruiting team, and I must say that communication was excellent throughout. He was really on the ball, and put effort into keeping me updated and briefing me on what to expect. It was refreshing to be kept so well briefed and I felt that he respected my time.
