Completed application form online. One on one interview with a manager. asking questions about previous experiences. Once completed I was emailed with the results of my interview within 48 hours.

Interview
The interview consisted of asking for my previous experience, what I like to do, explaining my CV, and asked if I knew what they did/had I listened to any of their shows. After the interview they gave me a tour of the building, including the studios.
