the interviewing is very casual and quite fun. they were looking for someone who has a bright personality and someone who can actually can do the job despite lack of experience.

Quite tough but managable. Good manager. Always giving some programming questions from the thirty minutes call. 2 rounds of interview all together. Would recommend people to try next time if looking for jobs.
