Take-home exercise The recruiter screen was straightforward, though most of the half hour was spent listening to advice on how to make the resume more visually appealing. Hiring manager interview was decent, and was given a take-home exercise consisting of data inference, excel formula correction and basic SFDC questions. A formulaic rejection email was given, despite the 3+ hours committed to them. I even received their candidate feedback email before the email.
