Pros: None.
Cons: Inconsistent Process: I was asked to come into the office for a "Face-to-Face" second round, only to be told to join an online call once I arrived.
Zero Feedback: Despite a positive interview, I was rejected without any explanation. Even after reaching out, they refused to provide a reason.
Hidden Agendas: It felt like they were either "box-ticking" with an internal candidate already chosen or simply hunting for the lowest salary expectations rather than talent.
Final Word: Don’t waste your time. If you value professional communication and respect for your schedule, look elsewhere.

The overall interview process was average. In one of the rounds, it seemed there was some lack of clarity regarding the specific role requirements, which made the discussion less structured. The interview also concluded earlier than the scheduled time. Most of the questions were standard .NET topics. Overall, the experience did not fully meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this company.
