All online, you take a grammar test and write a short essay, then they give you a practice video to caption after you watch some videos to learn the captioning tool and rules. If you pass all of those, they send you two more videos to caption and if you do well enough on those they offer you the position. Overall a fairly simple process, but you have to be able to pick up a new computer program quickly and have solid typing skills.
