Retensa Talent Management Associate interview questions

One unannounced preliminary 30-minute phone interview with basic background checks and a few behavioral questions, followed by a 3 to 4 hours interview divided into 3 smaller sections (background & interest, Excel tasks, and behavioral).

Asked questions about self, CV and examples. Focus was on team work and how one reacts in a particular situation. Also personal questions were asked (how would you describe yourself, why etc). Skill evaluation and logic: also testing abilities with manipulating excel
