Interview
Two and a half rounds, starting with a 30-min phone screen, followed by a 2-3 hour interview session with behavioral questions + mini human capital case/quizz + Excel practicum that requires some calculations and Pivot table.
One unannounced preliminary 30-minute phone interview with basic background checks and a few behavioral questions, followed by a 3 to 4 hours interview divided into 3 smaller sections (background & interest, Excel tasks, and behavioral).

Interview
Phone interview and on-site interview with multiple individuals. Mostly behavioral questions asking about your past experience, but also culture-fit questions like "what makes you smile". They tried to ask for several different experiences under one question. There was also a practicum depending on the role you applied for (qualitative or quantitative)
