I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RetailMeNot (Austin, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
On campus interview following on-campus career fair then offered on-site interview in Austin, TX offices. On-site consisted of 4 coding interviews with various questions ranging from string comprehension to bit-wise manipulation. At end of interview day, mentioned to interviewer that I had another offer which I had to respond to by Friday of that week and was told that I would be informed of my decision by then. On that Friday, I had still not received any response and called the offices to speak to recruiter. Recruiter was not available to speak and also did not receive any word for multiple weeks. Seemed very unprofessional to me to not respond in a timely manner when I was told I would hear back. Another friend who had interviewed with me had a similar experience but he was at least told he did not get an offer whereas I received no response.

Interview
I submitted my resume at the career fair and got a call about two days later to come for an on-site interview. The interview itself was one-on-one; I was put in some hot, crummy room, which made me a little sick when I began to do the whiteboard coding questions.
Also, after giving the whiteboard question, I asked the interviewer for some examples. One of his examples had the wrong answer, which tripped me up because I couldn't find a pattern to construct an algorithm. As a result, it took almost the whole interview for me to come up with a solution.

Interview
I had one on-campus interview with them immediately after the career fair. It was in two parts - first 10 min behavioral then technical. There were 2 interviewers. The technical interview lasted about 40 min because I wasn't able to detect a breaking condition on the algo that I wrote.
