Resync Fullstack Engineer interview questions

First an introductory call with the CTO. After which a technical test was given to be completed in 5 days. The technical test was lengthy with unnecessary requirements for a test for a fullstack role. I submitted the test, after which a call with the CEO, CTO and engineering team was scheduled. After call, I waited for about a week for feedback, I got none. Then I emailed the CTO to request feedback and I got a response that my test was great but the team found communication difficult, so they'd have to pass on my application. I think it's quite ironic amd ridiculous that they found communication difficult when they couldn't even communicate the feedback until I had to demand it.
