      The campus recruitment process for Restavers usually begins with an initial screening round, which can be either aptitude-based or assignment-based. In the aptitude test, candidates are assessed on logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and verbal ability. In the assignment-based round, a problem statement or case study is provided, often reflecting real-world challenges the company works on. Those who qualify move on to the technical interview round, where subject expertise, problem-solving skills, and practical application of concepts are evaluated—this can include coding challenges, design problems, or technical discussions. After the technical round, there may be additional stages such as HR or managerial interviews, but the exact number and nature of these rounds can vary.

      In the technical round, one of the main questions they asked me was to explain the logic behind my approach to solving a given problem, rather than just providing the final answer. They were more interested in my thought process and reasoning.
