I was interviewed by both the HR personnel and the Production and Quality Manager.RCL did not have a structured and professional Quality Control/Assurance department so they were looking for Quality Control Technicians for each shift as their production was 24/7 , 7 days a week.In the interview, both persons were friendly and presented Resin Converters Limited as a company with a good work culture in terms of the people.
