The interview process started fine, but the interviewer seemed disinterested throughout the conversation. After the interview, I was asked to submit sample documents, which I did. However, despite following up afterward, I never received any response or feedback, which seemed unprofessional. Ghosting an applicant after an interview and sending a portfolio is inconsiderate of people's time. Clear communication, even a rejection, would have left a much better impression.
