2 stage interview, 1st one half hour, second one an hour. Had to do an physcometric test that I found quite interesting. Think it’s to find out your suitability to a role
Had a meeting with current management and was asked the basics about drilling to gauge experience and then also asked about how I would manage a drilling site and drilling team, alongside commercial factors and health and safety factors.
