Interview
Automated filter process. Twice. Once with a non-Indian name, once with an Indian name but the same resume and for the same position. I got an automated decline response with the non-Indian name, but the Indian name resulted in a time and date to set up a call.
If you aren't Indian, don't bother applying.

Interview
Interview process started with a quick 30 min phone interview with a team lead. He asked a few basic OOP/C# questions to get an understanding of my level of expertise. After passing the phone interview, I had a 1 hour long in person interview that went into more depth with technical questions. They primarily asked questions related to ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL. Also asked about my previous work experience and had me talk about projects I have worked on. No whiteboarding.
Overall, it was a relatively simple interview process.
