I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reliable Robotics
Interview
There are 4 rounds:
1. HR Screen
2. Technical Interview
3. Take Home Test
4. Present Take Home Test/Virtual Onsite
The first 2 steps of my interview process were great - the third not so much. The take home test is very open ended. I was rejected after doing the take home test.
Given my experience in a different industry, the hiring team should have known in advance of the take home test I wouldn't be able to complete it. It was a huge waste of time just to get no chance to explain myself/what I came up with. If they're looking for specific skills, would highly recommend another technical round instead of a take home test to quickly deduce if the candidate is what they're looking for - it'd save time and frustration on everyone's behalf. Not many other companies are doing take home tests - there's a reason why.
