The process was very direct; the interviews were divided into several sessions, including the company introduction, self-introduction, main interview, and the QnA.
In the main interview, several questions were asked, ranging from our motivation for wanting to work here, which part of our company aligns with your motto, if we require you to do this, can you do it, etc., etc.

Overall a pretty straightforward type of interview, I get a clear message and job desk within the required field in the market. The process is quite fast and within 1 month, I get the call and joined.

Interview
First, you will have an administration selection (CV, 3x4 photo, Transcripts). Since they are still in the early stage, they'll mostly post vacancies using Instagram and sometimes linkedin. After the selection phase, you will be invited to interview with the user, this phase usually asking about your experience and what tech stack you'll use to solve their problem. Third, you will be invited to the user interview again (usually the same user) and the question will be more specified into their current project problem.
