I had an initial interview with the HR Recruiter, who was pleasant and indicated I might be a good fit for the role. The recruiter mentioned that the hiring manager was on vacation and promised to follow up regarding the next interview stage. After two weeks without contact, I proactively reached out for an update. The recruiter reiterated that the hiring manager was still unavailable. Unfortunately, I never received any further communication from the company after this point.
