Reflex Integrated interview questions

Straight forward, questions regarding Project management life cycle questions and experience with previous projects. 3 level of interviews, each around an hour, with management team and human resource, quick response, some open end questions

One initial telephone call with the Supervisor. Then it was a face-to-face interview with the supervisor. After this it was a final interview with the Supervisor + CEO. The entire interview process was far too focused on technical questions and not enough about personality questions/cultural fit. If I remember correctly both in person interviews lasted about an hour and that entire time was taken up with technical questions/scenarios. It felt excessive.
