Reejig interview questions

4-stage interview process. 30 minute phone screen 1.5 hour virtual interview Psychometric testing Combined 1 hour Case study, followed by a presentation 1 hour interview A terrible candidate experience. There was no engagement, no candidate care. I had to constantly follow up & chase for updates. After doing 4 rounds, I had to wait over a week and a half and then received an email response at 9pm on a Sunday night (not even a phone call), to say that they were looking to progress with another candidate for a final round. I then followed up for specific feedback and I received a response 2 days later not answering my initial question. A very disheartening experience.

The process was fast-moving and direct. I was able to speak to a variety of people in the organization to learn more about the role. I made it to a final round of interviews, but made a mutual decision with the hiring manager that this wasn't the right fit. I appreciated the consideration since I haven't been in sales for long and and making a transition from CS roles. It's been hard to get my foot in the door. The transparency in the interview process helped me make the right decision for myself.
