Reddit's interview process was one that was extremely daunting, to say the least. That being said, do NOT let this deter you. The recruiting team, as well as the active hiring team are all incredible people to have interacted with. This is something that's incredible to see, and amazing to have experienced. Not only does the team get you through this experience, they do so in a way where you already feel that you are in the Reddit family. Inside or out, we are all Snoos! I could sing the praises to the teams that I have interacted with for days on end, but that would merely capture just the essence of what I felt about the entire experience as a whole. I can say absolutely for sure, no matter what you think about your abilities, Reddit is always welcoming. Take a chance!
