I applied online. I interviewed at Reddit (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied directly through the site and got a callback after a week or so. First Andre, the recruiter I worked with, talked to me about the role as well as exciting aspects of the team and company. From there, the process moved quickly and smoothly.
I interviewed with the hiring manager first, he was very detailed about the role and tasks. After that, I was invited to a virtual onsite which consisted in meeting with cross-functional folks, and a technical interview.
Andre is awesome! He was great at setting expectations and keeping me up to date with the process, as well as making sure that everything was moving according to my timeline needs.
