The interview process at Reddit was the best experience I've had in my career. It began with a phone interview with the hiring manager, then 4 video interviews (same day - but with a built-in break midway) including with the hiring manager, potential teammates and another manager I'd work with, if I joined the team. Then a final interview with the head of the recruiting team. From start to finish, the process took < 1 month. In may ways the process was extremely efficient, but most importantly I built a deeper connection to the business and team with each conversation. I received regular updates about my candidacy and it was the most enjoyable experience I've had interviewing.
