I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reddit (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2020
Interview
Did the first rounds of the interview and everything went fine until the last stage, which was not even supposed to be an interview but a '15 minutes meeting for introduction with manager'. Interviews were based on situational and behavioral questions 'tell me about a time you improved something, you failed, etc'. I managed to pass those interviews and it was supposed to be it. Then, the manager decided to have a 15 minutes 'introduction' last call with the candidates just to know them a bit more. During this short video meeting (due to corona virus), my internet connection broke up but we reconnected in a matter of 2 or 3 minutes. He then said to start all over again with the questions, time ran out and I didn't have proper time to answer the questions and I got rejected. The feedback was that I didn't explained my background well enough. SERIOUSLY?
