Friendly atmosphere, relevant questions, nice team. The interview had three rounds, the first was with VP of Engineering, then the team and separately the lead. I totally liked everybody.
I did prepare a small demo though, but it didn't take me much time, and it was worth it.
HR was organized, transparent, and thorough. It was a positive experience from the beginning. The teams that I met with were prepared and asked specific, but relevant questions. It was clear they care about cultural, personality fits and technical aspects. The culture seemed energizing and people were passionate about the organization's mission.
