I applied on line and I received an invitation for an interview ,they asked to be dressed in smart way.I was with 10 confidates but we were interviewed two by two. It was quite simple.questions about your experience , how to deal with customers and if you are capable to work for long hours.if you are successful they invite you to the second one to experience the job this time if they are happy they hire you.
