Good interview process. I was introduced to the team, had a friendly chat with some of the team prior to the interview. Interviewed by 3 senior members. A written test followed the interview.

Do I think that I would be responsible for safeguarding?
Quite easy were very friendly and tried to get you to join them rather than the other way round. They liked if you were confident and chatty. Try and get to know other interviewees and staff
