I applied through other source. I interviewed at Red Hat in Nov 2020
Interview
1. Screening, talked with an associate and a manager.
2. Hackerrank
3. Final round (2 days, ~3 hours and 2 hours)
The final interview was actually fun but it sucked because I gave them more than 7 hours of my life and did not even bother to let me know the result. They do not stick with their timeline and I pretty much got ghosted.
I do not recommend.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Red Hat in Sept 2022
Interview
Initial tech screen via online test, second round mixed tech + personality questions, third round personality questions for an hour and another hour of a non-technical challenge with your competition (another candidate). How they score you is really unclear. From what I could gather they had about a 20% offer rate to final round candidates.
