Initial surprise phone call, was really hard to listen due to static. Didnt have time to reschedule even if the call was taken outdoors. Recruiter seemed to not care at all, no followups or email or whatsoever
have Chinese and English part, will have group discussion on shortlisting candidates, need to describe yourself as one thing, can try to be the first one to answer questions, also need self-intro
