Interview
connected with HR through Linkedin and she asked my updated CV. Then got a email which having Hackerearth link.
Interview process has 3 rounds
1. HackerEarth test (9 MCQ's and 2 problem solving questions)
I cleared 1st round (just got cutoff marks)
2. Technical interview with Recro Team. (I disqualified here)
3. Technical round with client

Problem solving:
There will be 2 linked lists L1 and L2 and an variable x.
Task is to find out number of pairs from one element from L1 + one element from L2 = x .
Example:
L1=12->11->10->0
L2=1->2->20->7->15->13
x=13
Expected output: 3
Explanation: (12, 1) , (11,2), (0,13) => 3 pairs

Interview
This company is a waste of your time. My process took 2 months during which I interviewed for few companies. The main issue is that the HR takes a lot of time to get back with an update, almost 1 week for every interview. Also they dont match your resume properly, I was given fronted profile but my resume was backend.
My interview with Recro employee was also a waste of time. Out of 60mins he only spoke for 45 mins.
Recro is nothing but a hiring company which will give your resumes to their clients. It would be better that you applied to those companies by your own, instead of going through recro. Your time is wasted as well as the payroll will be from recro instead of the company. So if the company could have provided 20lpa, recro will only give you 15lpa ( just na example).
Dont waste your time by talking to their HR. They will waste your time.
