Pretty unprofessional experience. Interviewed for 2 months and they were very serious about me, or so they made it seem. At the 4th final interview, I was stood up, and sitting on Zoom for 2 hours waiting for a response from the team. Was ghosted without even getting to do the interview. I was honestly worried someone died. Then a few weeks later was told they would come back to me in a few weeks with the next steps, "talk soon!" ....famous last words. Ghosted completely now. If you see this trend starting, take the red flag for what it is and move on in your job search.
