I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RealTerm in Aug 2022
Interview
It was a typical interview process. I met with the hiring manager as well as the team. There was no whiteboarding and the technical questions were not surprising. Everyone on the team seemed very nice and seemed like a good fit for me. They were forthcoming when answering my questions about the pros and cons of this role. I only declined because I received another offer at the same time from another company.
Very fit based. Small company that wants to get to know you throughout the interview process. All nice interviewers. Multiple rounds of small batches of interviews with different members of their team.

Interview
Very fast, straight forward, they check everything in your resume and you are questioned over it. They may ask for an excel file or where you have to show your competences.
