Interview
Waste of time. They made me spend hours on their video interviews and long assessment only to get to the final stage and not hear anything. After two weeks went by, I inquired with the person I was supposed to contact. No response. After the "anticipated start date" had already passed, I figured I didn't get the position so I emailed and threatened to report their lack of professionalism to the higher ups. Well what do you know...they responded right away and said the position had been delayed. They were allegedly waiting to hear more details before saying anything to those who interviewed. Would it have been too much work to alert final round candidates of this? It was at least a month or two that went by without a word. I likely wouldn't have heard back at all had I not threatened to expose them. Very unprofessional. I was then asked if I would still like to be considered for the position even with the hiring delay. No thanks! Don't waste time applying here. Heed the other warnings. Seems this is the norm for them.

Interview
The interview process was quick and easy. Pretty straight forward. You should have some knowledge of coaching and health. A background or degree in health or fitness is a plus.
