There was the first telephonic interview and there would be second virtual interview with the seniors. Then the recruiter does not update you about the process ahead. The entire process was very casual and unprofessional.

The interview process is divided into three steps. First, there's a telephone screening to assess your basic English communication skills. Second, there's a virtual interview with the Senior HR Consultant. Third, there's a virtual interview with the Director of the Company, Dheeraj.
