Process was fairly simple as I am a certified teacher with Miami Dade County Public schools already. I was hired on as a Lead Teacher due to my experience and background.

After applying and not hearing back, I called and left messages asking with countless emails. I was finally called in and interviewed by an assistant of the CEO, which I thought went well. I asked lots of questions and agreed all questions intelligently, which seemed to go well with the assistant. From then I never heard back and would not have heard back if I wasn't persistent. Eventually I heard I didn't get the position and then MONTHS later I get a call back of desperation for me to join the team. Due to the fact that I want happy where I was I took the position... Biggest upset of my life. I didn't stay there long.
